Guilt Free Pleasure - Go For It!

Guilt free pleasure. You can have some goodies that are good for you!

What you need: 6-8 scoops chocolate protein powder - 1 cup oatmeal - 1/3 cup natural peanut butter - 3 tbsp honey - 1/2 cup to 1 cup 1% milk - 3 tbsp crushed peanuts

Directions: 1. Mix together the protein powder, oatmeal, peanut butter, honey and milk.
2. Form into 5 bars and then roll in the crushed peanuts to finish.
3. Place in the fridge for about 30 mins
4: Eat and enjoy

Apple Pie - YUM

A great dessert! &  If you have kids, beware.  They are likely to love them too!

Preheat the oven - 375 F

Remove Apple cores

Place then skin side down in baking sheet

Inside: combine ( oatmeal, raisin, walnuts, cinnamon, nutmeg, ...)

Bake for 10 -15 min then cover with foil for additional 10 min or so!

Tips: dont make them mushy
